Our Hassle-Free Returns/Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy and love your product. If you need to return your purchase or gift follow these simple steps:

  1. Ensure that the return is done within 30 days of the purchase date and the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you wish to exchange an item for the same item please refer to section "Exchanges" below

  2. Include the receipt/proof of purchase in the package and the original packaging including jewelry pouches. If you received a free gift due to a qualifying purchase and you are returning said purchase you need to include the gift. If you wish to keep the gift we will deduct the retail price from your refund

  3. Mail your package to: Returns - Helou Designs, 142 Harpsichord Turnpike, Stamford, CT 06903, USA.

  4. Once your return is processed a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment

 Additional Information:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including the jewelry pouches. If you received a free gift due to a qualifying purchase and you are returning said purchase you need to include the gift. If you wish to keep the gift we will deduct the retail price from your refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. (For more information see "Shipping" section below).

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@heloudesigns.com.

Exchanges for the same item (if exchange is for a different item then it will be processed as a return)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@heloudesigns.com and we will send you a return code and shipping instructions. If you are exchanging it for a different item then the Hassle Free Return/Refunds Policy applies.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Returns - Helou Designs, 142 Harpsichord Turnpike, Stamford, CT 06903, USA.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly encourage you to use shipping with tracking. USPS has some incredibly affordable options. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
